Our Story
It’s Kelewele 31 was inspired by the street roots of food and culture of Accra, Ghana, where a grandmother made healing drinks with a purpose and the favorite kelewele—she would call out "kelewele" about 31 times before serving the best spicy plantain nuggests in the neighborhood.
Our name honors those roots: wellness through generational wisdom and natural flavor with added benefits shared through community.
Today, we share that spirit through our herbal teas made with organic fruits, herbs, and spices crafted to nourish, uplift, and connect.
